Ripple has assembled prime brokerage, custody, treasury management, payments, RLUSD, and conditional national trust bank approval. Now Ripple Prime has launched Delta One, giving institutional clients access to total-return swaps across U.S. equities, indices, and digital assets through one multi-asset counterparty. Look at each announcement separately and it appears Ripple is adding products. Line them up, and something much larger begins to emerge: a complete institutional financial machine. But where does XRP fit? Delta One does not currently require XRP, and Ripple has not announced that the desk will use it. In this live, I explain what Ripple has officially built—and my theory that this infrastructure could eventually show Ripple exactly where XRP might win as a bridge asset, one liquidity corridor at a time. There may never be one universal “XRP switch.” Adoption could depend on whether XRP offers the best combination of liquidity, spreads, speed, regulatory access, and certainty for a specific route. AMAZING! SEC Crypto Custody Rules Just Hit the White House! What This Means for Bitcoin

Hey babes, SEC crypto custody rules just moved. On August 25, 2026, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission sent “Amendments to the Custody Rules” (RIN 3235-AN46) to the White House Office of Management and Budget for review.
This proposed rule would clarify how registered investment advisers and investment companies can custody crypto assets for clients under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940. The SEC says the rewrite would also drop outdated custody provisions that no longer match how markets hold and trade assets.
The filing is tagged economically significant and deregulatory. The full text is not public yet. Next steps: White House review, an SEC vote, then at least 60 days of public comment. The agency’s agenda points to an October 2026 proposal window.
