SATURDAY SESH

Dress // Bag // Shoes // Jacket, old Ulla Johnson
Happy Saturday! It is about 1 million degrees here in Florida and I am seriously over summer. This time of year always feels like it drags on and on for me. Around the corner I have some fun trips planned and another product launch in a few weeks, so I am sure before I know it we will be getting ready for the holidays?! This week’s list is a good one…
La Ligne X Banana Republic // Coming September 9th – La Ligne X BR! I feel like this is the perfect collab for fall. They have only released small snippets of the collection but I will have my wallet ready on Wednesday. See the preview here.
Boden 20% Off // I did a massive sale round up here, but right after I posted Boden announced they are running 20% off everything- including all the amazing new arrivals here. I have a post going live soon styling my favorites in NYC so for now I will share two of my top picks….this sweater and this plaid trench.
GAP Handbags // Gap is launching (or I should say re-launching) handbags and they are seriously darling. A couple of my dear friends I worked with closely at Tory Burch are actually now at GAP and are part of the team that have brought these to life. The bags go live on September 8th and I will be getting the larger size in red! See some of the bags here.
Cheetah Chic // This season I am all about animal…the leopards, the cheetahs, the deer print! My favorite flats now come in cheetah and you better believe I scooped them up! Shop them here.
A New Pant To Love // Okay so these are some of my bestselling pants I have posted. You love, I love them! I also love these pants. All of these styles are easy to wear, great to pack and can easily be dolled up or dumbed down. I recently came across these and immediately ordered they feel like a fresh new take on this pull on pant trend.
The Most Stunning Airports // I wouldn’t mind spending more time in airports if they all looked like this. AD did a round up of seven design driven airports around the world here.
Kelly Wearstler X H&M // Kelly Wearstler just released a home collection with H&M here and it is flying. I am waiting to see if these or this come back in stock!

Readers have sung the praises of these wide leg pants from Beyond Yoga… many of which are on sale right now!
I got these grayish ones around the NAS sale, although they were already marked down… and man, the readers were right. The pants are super thin but with a beautiful drape, with nice deep pockets. So flattering! Unfortunately for me I had to send them back because I needed a petite size… but the brand has short lengths available on their website, so I’m psyched.
The wide leg pants pictured are deep discount ($51, lucky sizes only), but Nordstrom has a lot of other colors for $76-$129. Beyond Yoga has its warehouse sale going on for Labor Day Weekend and the pants (with short sizes available!) are $89.
Psst: this Reiss sweater was another keeper for me it’s on sale again, I think even lower than what it was in the NAS.

New landmark exhibition opens this SeptemberWe are delighted to present a major new exhibition this month, Technologies of Peace: Art and Transition in Contemporary Europe (1989–2026). Opening on 12 September the exhibition brings together artists, researchers, thinkers, and curators from across Europe to critically examine one of the defining challenges of our time: the question of peace. Drawing on artistic, political, and social perspectives, the exhibition considers peace not as a fixed condition or end point, but as an active process of negotiation, maintenance, and collective imagination. Presented as part of Ireland’s Presidency of the EU the exhibition includes over 80 artworks by 59 artists from across Europe. We have a packed programme of events and activities this Culture Night. Join a conversation and book launch with artist John Lalor; take part in an afro beat workshop with Oluwatobi, enjoy music by hip hop artist Fortúne Igiebor and Syrian/Kurdish singer Mohammad Syfkhan, and taste delicious food by Masala Kitchen. For our September Dublin by Dusk event, Art in Motion: Routes and Roots Community Celebration, we are excited to present an evening of poetry readings by The Poetry Vigilantes, of Dublin 8’s Fatima Groups United, and award winning poet Dagogo Hart. This event is a celebration of a collaborative project with artist Alberta Whittle and the National Transport Authority under its TFI brand. Listen back to a discussion on what Nature Teaches Us about Being human, featured at Earth Rising 2025. Join Cassandra Murphy, Dr Easkey Britton, Brendan Dunford and Dr Sabrina Dekker with host Rosalind Skillen, to explore our relationship with the living world, from mental health to climate action. Frugal Friday’s Workwear Report: Ruffle Short-Sleeve Sheath Dress
This post may contain affiliate links and Corporette® may earn commissions for purchases made through links in this post. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.
Our daily workwear reports suggest one piece of work-appropriate attire in a range of prices.
We are moments away from fall (sartorially speaking, at least), so I was feeling pretty excited when this short-sleeved dress from Maggy London came across my screen.
Wear this gorgeous berry-toned number with bare arms while the weather is still warm and add a camel or gray blazer when things get a little chillier. It does say that it’s machine washable, but I would put it in a delicates bag to avoid too much snagging or twisting.
The dress is $49.97-$54.97 at Nordstrom Rack and comes in sizes 0-16. It also comes in three other colors.
Sales of note for 8/28:

The Lace-Trimmed Set Steps Out
Outfit Details: Chloe Top (more sizes here) & Shorts (more sizes here, similar, less expensive here and here), Chanel Bag, Jacque Marie Mage Sunglasses, Gabriela Hearst Sandals
There’s something so delicate about the mix of silk and lace. The combination sits right between dressy and undone, and a lace-trimmed set has that feeling immediately. It’s what I want to be in for a late morning get-together, a daytime celebration, an easy dinner, or really any moment where soft pieces still need to feel beautiful outside the house.
For early fall, I love the way lace brings a little romance to the richness of silk. In pastel yellow, dusty rose, deep blue, or burgundy, a matching set like this Chloé one feels so good to put on, and it has enough detail to stand on its own as the whole look.
