More household name stars will join OnlyFans as making living on it is ‘more normalised’ says Olivia Attwood
KATIE Price and Kerry Katona might be making big bucks on OnlyFans – but they could soon face competition.
That’s Olivia Attwood’s take, as she believes earning a living on the saucy content site has been so normalised, many more household names will soon sign up.
Olivia welcomed the two, plus Towie’s Lauren Goodger and Love Islander Hannah Elizabeth on to the new series of Getting Filthy Rich as part of a celebrity strippers special.
Olivia told me: “I think we’re going to see more household names do it, that you never would have seen do it five years ago.
“It is more normalised now.
“The stigma is dropping.
“Gen Z are a lot more sex positive.”
On Saturday it was revealed that, 74-year-old TV psychic Sally Morgan had joined the site.
But Lauren, who has been on it for five years, confesses she still struggles with feeling shame.
Olivia added: “Lauren admits she is a bit of a prude and this is something she found herself doing almost out of necessity.
“She has a conflicted relationship with it.
‘This is terrifying’
“It’s a difficult thing to be comfortable with . . . it shouldn’t be normalised, but also the reality is so many people are utilising these platforms to make money.”
In the episode, which launches the fourth season of Olivia’s award-winning series, Katie details how she has brought her ’90s alter-ego, glamour model Jordan, back to life as an AI chatbot — which fans can pay to spend time with.
But there is other more pressing technology Olivia finds troubling.
A day before we spoke, TV host Maya Jama had hit out at X’s AI technology Grok.
It allows the creation of non-consensual, generated images, sparking a “nudification” trend where trolls have used it to “undress” celebrities.
Olivia said: “This is terrifying so I’m going to credit Maya for speaking out.
“We are desperately trying to claw back the battle against online sexual violence towards women and it feels like every time we make a step forwards, something else happens, where now men, predominantly, are sexualising women without their consent.
“It’s very, very concerning.”
Olivia Attwood’s Getting Filthy Rich begins on Sunday at 10.05pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
