Sharjah real estate: Alef and Emaar debut Palace Residences in $136m project
Sharjah real estate developer Alef Group has announced the official launch of Palace Residences Al Mamsha, a luxury branded residential development created in collaboration with Emaar Hospitality.
Valued at AED 500m ($136.1m), the project marks the debut of the prestigious Palace Residences brand in Sharjah and reflects growing demand for high-quality, service-led urban living in the emirate.
Located in the Al Mamsha district, the development forms the final component of Sharjah’s master-planned urban community along University City Road, combining pedestrian-friendly design with access to cultural, retail and dining destinations.
Developed by Alef Group in partnership with Emaar Hospitality, Palace Residences Al Mamsha introduces Emaar’s established branded living concept to the Sharjah market for the first time.
The development offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments designed with modern layouts and premium finishes, supported by branded hospitality services associated with the Palace Residences name.
The project features two interlocking towers with powder-coated metal façades and floor-to-ceiling windows that maximise natural light.
Its architectural concept blends elegant minimalism with functional design, creating a calm residential environment that reflects Sharjah’s cultural identity while meeting contemporary lifestyle needs.
