Jamie Dimon’s Yearly Pay Climbs 10% to $43 Million
Jamie Dimon earned $43 million last year, as the JPMorgan Chase chief executive reached two decades overseeing the bank and the financial giant’s shares rose to record highs.
The pay package was a 10% increase from the previous year. It included a salary of $1.5 million, a $5 million cash bonus and $36.5 million in stock that pays out depending on the bank’s performance.
Dimon had carefully maintained ties with President Trump since his return to the White House. But Trump sued JPMorgan and Dimon on Thursday over allegations the bank improperly closed his accounts for political reasons after the Jan. 6, 2021, Capital riot. Read more:
