Missouri Court Postpones Bayer Roundup Settlement Hearing to September
A Missouri court granted a request to postpone to Sept. 14 a hearing to consider the final approval of Bayer’s BAYN 1.26%increase; up pointing triangle proposed $7.25 billion class settlement over its Roundup weedkiller, the company said.
Bayer and the class counsel filed a joint motion with the St. Louis city circuit court earlier in the week to reschedule the hearing, which had been previously scheduled for Aug. 19.
