Hello. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us for Orica’s First Half 2026 Results Presentation. My name is Natalie Worley. And joining me here today in Melbourne are Sanjeev Gandhi, Managing Director and CEO; and Jamie Crough, CFO. Both Sanjeev and Jamie will be presenting shortly before we move to Q&A. Thank you, Natalie, and welcome all. Thank you all for joining the call. Let me start with our #1 priority, safety. We are, at Orica deeply saddened by the fatal vehicle-related incident involving one of our colleagues in North America in late November 2025. Our thoughts and deepest condolences continue to be with their family, friends and colleagues. We have now completed a full investigation and are implementing critical learnings across our organization that such events do not happen again.
