For Ms Denton-Jones, the handover is both a professional and personal milestone. She said: Founding Refreshing Law was driven by a belief that employment law advice could be both expert and approachable. Watching the firm grow has been immensely rewarding. I am delighted to pass the torch to Lousha, who shares the same values and commitment to clients.”

“I’m honoured to lead a firm founded by a woman who built something exceptional, and I hope this next chapter encourages others to pursue their ambitions in business and law.”
