My name is Ingo Middelmenne and as Head of Investor Relations of Verve Group, I would like to cordially welcome you to this year’s Verve Capital Markets Day.

Once again, we have had intense weeks behind us and the whole team and I are really thrilled to finally have you with us. As usual, we have prepared a focused and a hope, very useful program for you.
