Bunnie XO Unveils Lavish New Mansion After Jelly Roll Divorce
Bunnie XO is showing off her extravagant new surroundings just as details emerge about her confidential divorce settlement with Jelly Roll.
The “Dumb Blonde” host gave fans a glimpse inside a sprawling home complete with oversized closets, dedicated shoe storage, an outdoor shower, and a wellness center large enough to accommodate more than a dozen guests.
Although Bunnie did not reveal whether the residence was one of the properties divided in the settlement, the tour arrived hours after reports that the former couple had reached an agreement covering their homes, vehicles, intellectual property, and even an aircraft.
Bunnie shared an Instagram video documenting her friend Matt Mathews’ first visit to the property. “Matt seeing the new house for the first time,” the 46-year-old podcaster captioned the clip.
Mathews appeared overwhelmed as Bunnie guided him through the residence, which features a makeup room lined with shelving, an expansive closet, and a separate space dedicated to shoes. He was equally stunned by the outdoor shower and the size of the primary bedroom, joking about how small his own home felt in comparison.
The biggest surprise came when Bunnie revealed the property’s outdoor wellness center, which reportedly includes a sauna and enough space to accommodate approximately 15 guests. The backyard also contains a large swimming pool. “This is the craziest sh-t I’ve seen in my life,” Mathews told her. “I feel poor. I am broke. I want a new house.”
Bunnie XO And Jelly Roll Divide Their Major Assets
The house tour came as Bunnie and Jelly Roll finalized the financial terms of their divorce following nearly 10 years of marriage.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the former couple reached a confidential settlement earlier in July. Although the exact allocation of their property has not been made public, the agreement reportedly divides multiple homes, vehicles, intellectual property rights, and an aircraft.
Jelly Roll, whose legal name is Jason DeFord, will also make a one-time lump-sum payment to Bunnie. The amount has not been disclosed, and the agreement reportedly prevents either party from pursuing additional alimony.
The settlement also includes a mutual non-disparagement provision, requiring both Bunnie and Jelly Roll to refrain from publicly attacking each other.
Did Bunnie XO Receive The Couple’s Tennessee Compound?
Before the settlement was finalized, Bunnie suggested that Jelly Roll had agreed to give her one of their most meaningful properties. The former couple reportedly owned a $6.2 million mansion in Franklin, Tennessee, and a 500-acre country compound in Burns valued at approximately $4.5 million.
“J is so fck-ing sweet that he’s giving me that compound in the divorce because he knows how special it is to me,” Bunnie said during a previous episode of her podcast.
She also praised Jelly Roll for ensuring that she would be financially secure following their split. “I joke around with him,” she told listeners. “I’m like, ‘Well, you didn’t take care of me in the marriage, but you’re taking care of me in the divorce.’”
The Former Couple Still Plans To Have A Baby
Despite legally ending their marriage, Bunnie and Jelly Roll insist they are not completely separating their lives.
During a since-deleted “Dumb Blonde” episode addressing the breakup, Bunnie revealed that they still planned to have a child together after spending approximately two years pursuing fertility treatment. “We’re literally settling our divorce in like, what? Three weeks? Two weeks?” she said. “We’re still having a baby together.”
Bunnie described their relationship as unconventional and said they planned to co-parent the child while remaining close friends. “Nobody cheated on the other person,” she explained. “It’s literally just we served our purpose for each other.”
Jelly Roll is already the father of daughter Bailee Ann and son Noah from previous relationships. Bunnie has played an active role in Bailee’s life and has frequently spoken about her desire to become a biological mother through IVF and surrogacy.
Bunnie XO Wants To Move Beyond The Divorce
Bunnie later removed her podcast episode about the breakup despite claiming it had generated approximately $100,000 in revenue. She explained that she no longer wanted one of the most painful periods of her life to remain a permanent headline.
“I don’t want the divorce to become my entire personality,” she said in a subsequent episode. “I don’t want to be the poster child for divorce.”
The new house tour appears to reflect that desire to focus on what comes next. Rather than discussing the settlement directly, Bunnie allowed the size of her new surroundings, and her friend’s stunned reaction, to speak for itself.
