Candace Cameron Bure’s Son Lev, Wife Elliott Welcome 1st Baby
Candace Cameron Bure is officially a grandmother after her son Lev Bure welcomed his first baby with his wife, Elliott Bure.
“Welcome baby boy!!!!” Elliott wrote via Instagram on Sunday, September 27, revealing that her newborn son, Bond Leo, was born prematurely. “Bond was born 10 weeks early at exactly 3 lbs and was transferred immediately to the NICU — through lots of tears, countless prayers, and what felt like endless hours in the hospital, 5 weeks and 5 days later, we finally brought our miracle boy home!!”
She continued, “Thank you to the entire staff of nurses and doctors who took the most incredible care of our baby, and to our community who we couldn’t have done any of it without! Thank you Jesus for every answered prayer!!!!! we are blessed beyond measure!!!!”
Candace, 50, referred to her first grandchild as a “miracle baby” in the comments section.
“Our hearts could not be more full of love,” the actress replied. “You and Lev are the most amazing parents, and we are here for every minute of it 🙌🏼❤️. We love you all sooooooo much.”

Lev and Elliott announced in May 2026 that they were expecting their first baby.
“Baby Bure coming soon !!!!!!” Elliott gushed via Instagram, sharing maternity photos.
Candace was immediately thrilled to become a grandmother — or “CandyGram” as she planned to be called.
“Are you KIDDING?!! Another grandbaby on the way !!!!!” the Full House alum wrote via Instagram that month, also referring to her daughter Natasha Bure Perry’s own pregnancy. “Does life get any better?!!! CandyGram x2 = fully ignited 🍭💖👶🏼. Congratulations Lev and @elliottpbure 🎈, we are still pinching ourselves!! 🥰.”
Candace and her husband, Valeri Bure, are parents of daughter Natasha and sons Lev and Maksim. (Natasha and her husband, actor Bradley Steven Perry, are currently expecting their first baby.)
“😍🥳🐣😇❤️ baby party started!!!,” Natasha replied to Lev and Elliott’s announcement. “Cutie cousins incoming.”
Candace exclusively confirmed to Us in November 2023 that Lev had proposed to Elliott.
“We are gaining a daughter very soon. My son is getting married just after Christmas, and so we’re very excited,” Candace told Us. “She is definitely, definitely invited into the family, but we’ll see how the holidays work out in that way. Now it’s, like, two families. We’ll probably be vying for the kids every year.”

She added at the time, “I’m definitely finding my place in the wedding and just being supportive and I love that. Of course, I want to help and do everything, but I’m learning to settle into my position of just being available and supportive.”
Candace and Valeri were by Lev’s side when he and Elliott said “I do” in January 2024.
“I think the marriage advice has been [given] along the way. That’s what parenting is, right? It’s just like constant teaching and advice,” Candace told Us of the mother-of-the-groom advice she passed down to Lev and his now-spouse. “They are great people, and we are rooting them on. They’re amazing. I think the best advice for them is that they know that we’re here for them for any questions, any needs that they want. We’re always here and ready to be available and answer.”
Marveling over the nuptials via Instagram, Candace gushed that her “heart was so full.”
“We gained a beautiful daughter and a wonderful family to do life with,” Candace captioned wedding photos via Instagram in 2024. I have an overwhelming sense of love, joy, peace and contentment thanks to God’s blessing of family and friendship.”
