Days of our Lives Early Spoilers Sept 28-Oct 2: Joy’s Crafty Ploy & Cat Breaks Bounds!

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Sept 28-Oct 2, 2026 stun with Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) sinking to a brand new low with a sneaky new plan to destroy Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson)’s marriage. Plus, Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) may cross a big line that she has been warned not to cross.

Also, the week ahead, Sept 28th through Oct 2nd, we’re going to see Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) blindsided and some key memories returning and Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) taking a big risk for Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). So, let’s dive right into it.

And as we always do on early edition day, first we’re going to go over what’s happening the last couple of days of this week and then we will get into what is coming next week.

Days of our Lives Spoilers: Leo & Javi Reunite

So let’s talk about it. Thursday, Sept 24th on Days of Our Lives, we’re going to see Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and Javi Hernandez (Jacob Martinez) testing the waters. So it looks like they are going to start rekindling their romance now that Gus (Michael Ocampo) and Dmitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) are both out of the way. The question is whether Gus and Dmitri are gone for good or if Javi and Leo reunite, will they come back and interfere?

Also, Sydney DiMera (Sydney Malakeh) tells Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) not to back down. Johnny doesn’t want his younger sister Sydney getting dragged into EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) chaos. The basically Johnny stuck neck deep in it now. But Sydney’s a daddy’s girl and she may stick around to help EJ sort this out or help Johnny sort things out.

DOOL Spoilers: Chad Supports Belle

Belle Black (Martha Madison) is leaning on her boyfriend Chad DiMera (Connor Floyd) when she has concerns. So, Belle may be worried about Marlena and her reaction to the Dominic Marino photo from 1992. Or Belle may be sharing with Chad this disturbing news about Dante Vitali (Franco LoPresti) and Dominic and their overlap that they just found out about.

Because Sydney told her aunt Belle and Grandma Marlena she had heard Dominic’s name. But Sydney said she’d never met him. And then Belle told Sydney and Marlena that Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney)’s fiancée Dante Vitali and Dominic Marino were boarding school roommates. So that means Dante and Dominic are both sketchy.

Cat Greene‘s loyalties to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) are called into question this week. Cat’s ranting at EJ about how he knows damn well what’s going on and Cat says she does too. So I wonder after this argument if Cat and EJ end up in bed together because arguing leads to nookie on soaps. We’ve all seen it. If Cat wants to stay close to EJ, she may take her honeypot scheme to the next level by hopping into his bed. Even though Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) directly ordered Cat do not have sex with EJ.

Days Spoilers: Paulina Goes Rouge

Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) directly defies Lani Price (Sal Stowers) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens)’s wishes. We know that Paulina’s been considering trying to get Lani a pardon from the governor and we’ll see if Paulina’s meddling has to do with both of her daughter’s lives or just one. Maybe they have given some advice to her. Maybe Chanel and Lani have talked to Paulina about Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and they’re bothered that she’s not taking their advice.

Friday, Sept 25th on Days of Our Lives, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) is officially welcomed to the Spectator by Chad. I think she’s the Metro editor, city editor. Kate has Leo working on podcast concepts and he’s really excited. Kate may also use the Spectator platform to clap back at EJ DiMera. Because what he has done to the Kiriakis family.

Also, Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) decide to give their broken relationship a do-over. Now that Philip has forgiven Gabi for spying and she gave that $5 million loan to Philip that helped him win the money to save Titan. That was a game-changer. And I wonder if Gabi’s going to invite homeless Philip to stay with her at the Hernandez house.

Marlena is disturbed by a brand new nightmare. She’s been having those random memories of her time on the island under Stefano’s control and the quilt with the Celtic cross on it. So, we’ll see more evidence of Marlena being Dominic’s mom. Maybe a flash of Marlena with a baby bump or even holding a baby.

DOOL Spoilers: Bearers of Bad News

Then Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) and Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) give Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) some really bad news about Dominic. After Steve talks to Bo and Hope, we’re going to see Steve head over to Marlena and he tells her that they were able to find Dominic Marino’s birth certificate. Steve shows Marlena a digital copy. And Marlena’s reading aloud Stefano DiMera is Dominic’s father. And Marlena says, “And the mother is.” She just looks shocked. So presumably it is her name there. But we’ll know by the end of the week.

Belle is going to be really shaken to find out that she and her ex EJ share a brother, which also means Belle and her current boyfriend Chad now share a brother, which is pretty weird. But very soap opera normal. I’m interested to see if Dominic is going to want a relationship with Belle, or if he hates her, like he seems to hate EJ since Dominic is clearly plotting against his older brother.

Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) and Sarah suspect some foul play. They know EJ is behind this investigation into Destiny’s death, but I wonder if we might see Liam Selejko (Hank Northrop) coming back if Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) goes and asks him to intervene on Sarah’s behalf with Destiny’s family and just put an end to this farce.

Days of our Lives Spoilers: Dominic’s History Revealed?

Then the week of Sept 28th through Oct 2nd on Days of Our Lives, Marlena may have more flashbacks. Perhaps about her time on Stefano’s island related to Dominic, maybe as a baby. Also, Sydney is going to make herself quite at home in Salem. She has decided to stay for a while longer, and I think it’s going to turn into a long-term visit and not just a short stay. And by the way, Titan may not be safe after all.

Dominic may make his move on the floundering company and Philip mentioned that they just need to get the transfer of the money he won from the casino before EJ’s deadline to pay off the loan. So, Dante may delay the transfer. Because Dominic asked him to. He may even buy the loan out from under EJ or something like that. I suspect that Stefano’s new son is trying to fulfill his dad’s wishes by finishing off the Kiriakis family personally and professionally.

Days Spoilers: Theo Accepts Gabi’s Offer?

Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) may decide to take that job at Gabi Chic. He was telling Abe that Gabi wants his computer savvy to follow the rabbit hole to whoever’s IP address that was that Leo found on the dark web about the counterfeit goods. So, this might be awkward for Theo since he had that unrequited crush on Gabi and now she’s back with Philip. So, that might be hard. But he’s focused on Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) right now, too. Actually, he’s focused on not trying to focus on Stephanie.

Dante seems to be helping Dominic destroy EJ. And we’re going to find out if Sami is a pawn in the game. Joy may be able to fake it through those medical tests with those muscle relaxers her dad Craig sent her. So, she may be able to keep that fake paralysis going for a while longer. Joy should be out of the hospital soon and may pressure Alex to stay with her until she recovers. So, he may bring her home to his place where he’s been keeping Kelsey.

Philip and Xander work to rebuild Victor’s empire. We’ll see if Titan slips through their fingers. And we’ll see if Philip is done gambling or is tempted back into addiction. Xander’s going to risk things for Sarah. He might wind up in danger with EJ over Sarah. Johnny’s finding it increasingly more difficult to keep the truth from Chanel. And Theo and Stephanie may cross that line, especially if she freaks out. Because Alex has to do even more hands-on caretaking with Joy.
