Food Menu At Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Wedding Revealed
On July 3, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce tied the knot at New York City’s Madison Square Garden in front of at least 1,000 guests, including family and famous friends. Although phones were not allowed inside the star-studded event, small details have begun to leak as celebrities opened up about the fairytale wedding. One hot topic of conversation among many fans was what food the couple served at the reception.
While some fans wanted to know who performed at Swift and Kelce’s wedding, others were wondering what they ate! One source told PEOPLE magazine that Taylor’s mother invited guests into the reception room after the ceremony, where a stage was set up so artists like Paul McCartney and Stevie Nicks could perform.
The insider revealed that there were food stations loaded with Italian cuisine, sushi, and trays being passed around. They also revealed that “there were bars everywhere,” says the source, and, despite the venue’s size, noted, “It was very crowded!”
Bradley Cooper May Have Helped Cater The Wedding
Actor Bradley Cooper attended the wedding with his girlfriend, Gigi Hadid, who is a longtime friend of Swift. A truck from Cooper’s restaurant, Danny and Coop’s, arrived at Madison Square Garden just before 10 PM, according to Us Weekly.
Cooper, along with famed restaurateur Danny DiGiampietro, founded Danny and Coop’s, which specializes in Philly cheesesteaks, as a pop-up food truck in 2023. They opened a brick-and-mortar restaurant in New York two years later.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Might Have Dined On Lobster Meat & Fries
The publication also noted that a delivery truck for Mama’s TOO! Pizzeria was seen near the venue. Page Six reported that a truck from Sartiano’s, one of Swift’s favorite NYC restaurants, was seen outside the venue on July 1, the day before the rehearsal dinner.
They also obtained photos of delivery boxes containing lobster meat, fries, onion rings, and various kinds of chicken. Since none of the guests were allowed to bring their cell phones into the venue, no photos of the dishes have appeared online. There are also no photos of Swift’s wedding cake, although Swift might share these herself at a later date.
Travis Kelce’s Family Is A Big Fan Of Cooper’s Food Truck
The history of the Kelce family and Cooper’s food truck goes way back. The actor was spotted serving cheesesteaks at Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, as previously reported by Entertainment Weekly. Unfortunately, the Kansas City Chiefs ultimately lost to the Philadelphia Eagles, whom Cooper supported.
In 2024, PEOPLE magazine reported that Cooper served a cheesesteak to Kelce’s mom, Donna, at an event in Las Vegas. At the time, Donna revealed that Kelce and Swift had joined Cooper and Hadid on vacation in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, shortly before the event.
Cooper and Hadid were also seen with Kelce in a private suite during Swift’s Eras Tour stop in Paris that same year.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Donated $26 Million Ahead of Their Wedding
Many charities received a surprise donation from the couple ahead of their wedding. A rep for the singer told PEOPLE magazine that the couple had made $26 million in donations to various charitable organizations that supported animal welfare, education, food insecurity, and more.
The Rhode Island Community Food Bank was one of the charities that received a substantial donation. They thanked the couple in a lengthy Instagram caption, writing, “In honor of their upcoming nuptials, @taylorswift and @killatrav made an extraordinary donation of $1 million to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank!”
“We were THRILLED to learn of this unexpected gift, which comes at a time when the need for food assistance in our state is at an all-time high,” they continued. “Every dollar of this generous donation will be put to work to source food for distribution across our statewide network of 137 member agencies.”
They also received a special thank-you video from country legend Dolly Parton after donating $2 million to her Imagination Library.
