Kandi Burruss Slams Todd Tucker Over Finances In New Court Filing
Kandi Burruss slammed her soon-to-be ex-husband, Todd Tucker, in new court filings, where she accused the TV personality of failing to provide essential support to their two minor children, Ace and Blaze.
In new court documents, Kandi Burruss, former star of Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” also blasted her ex for allegedly residing in her guest home without paying a “single expense” toward the sprawling Georgia property.

Kandi Burruss Fires Back At Todd Tucker With New Court Documents
According to a new report from TMZ, Burruss unloaded on Tucker in new court documents, slamming the 52-year-old for allegedly staying in her guest home without contributing financially to the property.
The new legal filing states that Tucker has not paid a “single expense for the maintenance and upkeep of the home, to include – utilities, gas, lawn care, water, pest control, or even fees associated with the alarm system.”
For those who might be unfamiliar, Burruss announced her plans to separate from Tucker in November 2025. Her shocking announcement came right after her appearance at BravoCon in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In her statement, reported by The Blast, Burruss admitted that she reached the conclusion after much “thought and a lot of prayer.”

Burruss also admitted that part of the reason for her divorce was her two children and the goals she had set for herself. “I’m stepping into a new chapter pouring into my work, my family, and my own growth. I’m grateful to everyone who supported us throughout the years, and I ask for privacy, grace, and understanding as we navigate this transition with our family,” she said.

Kandi Burruss Says Tucker Has Not Contributed Support To Their Minor Kids During The Divorce Process
Elsewhere in the recent filing, Burruss, who first rose to fame as part of the girl group Xscape, said that Tucker has also not provided any support for their kids at the Georgia residence.
The documents state that Burruss, currently starring on Broadway in “& Juliet,” has remained the sole provider for Ace and Blaze despite her busy schedule.
Burruss’ legal documents reveal that she, along with hired nannies, does most of the work for their kids, despite Tucker’s social media campaigns about his fatherhood journey.
In a social media post reported by The Blast, Tucker shared an image of himself, his kids, and Burruss celebrating New Year’s. “Here’s my first SCHEME of 2026! Create and enjoy moments w/ family. The Tuckers,” he captioned the image.

Kandi Burruss Accuses Tucker Of Failing To Contribute Financially To His Children’s Birthdays
In another section of her filing, Burruss detailed the financial burden of caring for two children on her own, claiming that Tucker refuses to contribute to the costs of their children’s birthday parties, tuition, fees, or school supplies. But that’s not all. Burruss also claimed Tucker hasn’t provided any child support.
While the reality star will remain in New York for work until March 2026, she noted in the legal documents that she has been traveling back and forth between New York and Atlanta to see her children.
The filing requests that the judge demand Tucker pay child support and share expenses for Ace and Blaze. Additionally, the “No Scrubs” writer asked the judge to create a schedule regarding parenting time.

Things Are Messy For Burruss And Tucker
While things remain challenging for Burruss and Tucker, the mother of three has expressed a desire to navigate her divorce with grace.
Responding to a fan who asked whether she and Tucker could be friends after their divorce, Burruss said, “I hope.”
“I hope we get to be friends,” she added. “That would be my goal.”
However, Burruss acknowledged that the divorce proceedings have led her to see Tucker in a different light. “But you know when you’re going through the divorce, people get on your nerves, and you really start looking at them differently,” she explained.
Burruss And Tucker Are Focused On Co-Parenting As Best As They Can
During a live appearance on the Today show, covered by The Blast, Burruss also discussed how she and Tucker strive to keep things as normal as possible for her family.
“We have determined that no matter what we’re always going to be great coparents for our kids,” she said. “So that means that, you know, we’re going to spend holidays together sometimes because we’re still a family, even though he and I have decided to go our separate ways. And we’re trying to make it as easy as possible for our children.”
