According to Page Six, a source shared that Swift and Kelce have set up an alarm system that warns people not to pass onto the area when they seem to be getting too close.

“A neighbor approached the house and got a voice warning about not passing onto the property after getting too close to the house,” the source said.

The couple’s new home reportedly comes with eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, along with a game room and a theater.

Speaking more about Swift and Kelce’s Ohio mansion, a real estate expert, speaking to Page Six, addressed the alarm system discovered at the property.

“The village is a relatively secluded lakefront property,” realtor Patricia Knight Gary began. “Something may have been set up at that particular home, which is their private estate, but in terms of any additional fencing for the village, I’m not aware of that.”

Knight Gary further noted that there is law enforcement presence in the area already, to ensure the safety of residents; however, their numbers might increase as more celebrities move in.

“It does have a small police force that gauge and patrol the village on a regular basis,” she said. “And then even at the condos [down the street], there is 24-hour security, so I would anticipate that there might be some discussion in terms of increasing that.”
