‘Will Trent’s Latest Shocking Season 4 Twist Will Be a Massive Game-Changer
[Editor’s note: The following contains spoilers for Will Trent Season 4, Episode 11.]
Summary
In episode 411 of the ABC series Will Trent, the GBI special agent (Ramón Rodríguez, who also stepped in as director) races to Puerto Rico to make sure his Uncle Antonio (John Ortiz) is safe. Just after arriving and because he doesn’t actually have any jurisdiction, he’s joined by a woman who introduces herself as FBI Agent Elkie (Mallory Jansen). The two end up trekking through the rainforest, on a trail following clues that lead directly to Will’s own past and more questions than answers, that will continue to reverberate throughout the rest of the season.
Collider recently got the opportunity to chat one-on-one with Rodríguez about pulling off the biggest episode of the series so far, the challenges of shooting in Atlanta and Puerto Rico, the urgency of the mission to find Antonio, the ways this will all become pivotal to what’s next, the importance of Will’s therapy, seeing James Ulster (Greg Germann) in the elf costume, how the dance between Will and Elkie came about, his favorite moment in the episode, the surprises still to come, and how there’s still plenty of stories to tell in a potential Season 5.
Episode 411 of ‘Will Trent’ Is a Juicy Roller Coaster That Will Ripple Through the Rest of the Season
“It is our largest episode. It’s huge.”
Collider: Between multiple people thinking that they’re doing Ulster’s bidding, to leaving a murdered woman in a refrigerator, to the spiders, to an FBI agent that seemed helpful turning out to be Ulster’s daughter, I feel like there are a lot of things piling on in this episode. What was your reaction to how it all unfolded when you first read it? Was there anything that most surprised you, especially with how much Adelaide was able to get away with before Will realized who she really is?
RAMÓN RODRÍGUEZ: When I read it, I actually really loved it. I was like, “Oh, this is juicy. And it’s big.” It was really a large-scale scope. It is our largest episode. It’s huge. I loved the twist, though. There are several really interesting twists and turns. The challenge then became, “How can we really try to preserve it as much as possible, so hopefully audiences don’t get too ahead, knowing that they’re really smart and can pick up cues.” And I think Mallory [Jansen], who played Adelaide, did a really great job. You have to let go and understand once you realize that that was a pretty masterful, insane plan to pull all that off. So now that you’ve let that go, you go, “Okay, we’re not going to get hung up on that,” and hopefully you just get sucked into it, and you’re just on this crazy adventure of an experience that takes Will to Puerto Rico. I love the motivating force that got him there, which is family. We know how much that resonates for Will, so the fact that family could be in danger, I bought that he would just pick up and go. Seeing Uncle Antonio in a new light as a ladies’ man was really fun and delightful.
And then, from the Atlanta side, we’re exploring Jeb and the RV and that chase, and we realize there are acolytes and tentacles that Ulster has out there. With the final result after the whole spider sequence and all the crazy cliffhanging moments, it was insane. It was a huge, massive, exhausting episode, but I absolutely loved it. We kept referencing Raiders of the Lost Ark meets Romancing the Stone. I wanted to show a new part of Puerto Rico with the jungle and the rainforest, and show the green, gorgeous, lush that is the island. We shot in Old San Juan because why not? It’s gorgeous. And there were the fun twists in it, learning who Adelaide really is, and then learning that Will knew a little bit, but he just played the game because he was desperate to find his uncle. There were just a lot of really fun elements. We got some great casting. Going back to Puerto Rico, the last time we were there was Season 2, but this time, as director, it was incredibly special. Seeing similar faces of the crew and their pride and having a Puerto Rican director bring the show to the island, there were a lot of high, wonderful, passionate, pride-filled moments.
‘Will Trent’ brings back its best villain to kick off Season 4.
It’s funny, I seem to only talk to you this season for episodes that ended with a cliffhanger that have Will’s life hanging in the balance.
RODRÍGUEZ: I’ve noticed that, yeah.
Much like with the one at the beginning of this season, I’m guessing Will is going to be okay since the show is still called Will Trent. But Adelaide is still on the loose, bodies keep turning up, and she wants to kill Will. What would you say to tease what comes after this episode? She’s clearly smart and someone who has done some planning, so what comes next?
RODRÍGUEZ: This episode really becomes the springboard and the catalyst for the rest of the season. A lot of the things we end up exploring story wise are all related to the events of this episode. Trying to find Antonio becomes mission number one, and finding Adelaide. As we were building Adelaide, and we teased it in episode 11, she’s very Ulster-like, manipulative and smart. She’s someone that can shapeshift. She can be an FBI agent, and then we see this other, very dark side of her. But we also met her mom in this episode, and I hope we get a sense that something wasn’t right there either. Something was off with this lady. Something was off in this family, obviously. It’s going to be a really fun journey. It’s going to be a real roller coaster from this episode to the very end. We’re still filming, but we’re almost at the end. A lot of the stuff that we’re talking about and dealing with are things that stemmed from episode 11. It becomes a very pivotal episode for the season.
I love Will’s therapist, and not just because I love Margaret Cho, but because she actually gives him some good advice. I really liked her suggestion of rebranding Ulster when he shows up. Were there conversations about or any different possibilities before deciding to rebrand him as an elf? What did you think of him in that costume?
RODRÍGUEZ: It was fantastic. I agree, one of the fun things in this season has been watching Will finally deal with some of these issues in therapy. Dr. Roach is just the perfect, quirky, left-of-center therapist. When they first spoke, she took him to pickleball. It’s just weird stuff. I loved that, in this episode, she does give him the thought of rebranding. She’s helping him reclaim the power because Ulster has had the upper hand with Will. From life through death, he’s been tormenting and really messing with him, so it was great to finally see Will have an upper hand in this relationship, and taking Dr. Roach’s advice to heart and actually implementing it.
The elf idea, I thought was hilarious, and then the idea got funnier. When we were scouting in Puerto Rico, I looked over, and I was like, “What if we made our own tree stump and had him come out of it like a Keebler elf hat on?” We were dying. Everyone loved it. Our production design team, that is amazing, made the perfect tree stump. Up popped Ulster on the day, and everyone just couldn’t hold it in. He was just so game and such a great sport about it. It’s a nice color in that relationship, which we don’t often get to see. And to be able to use Ulster to get some solutions was an empowering thing. It was great.
Ramón Rodríguez Says They Only Had a Couple Chances To Pull Off That Dance Between Will and Elkie
“That was supposed to be a larger scene.”
There are so many fun things in this episode that aren’t in a regular episode of Will Trent. It was nice to see Will spend some time with his uncle. It was also nice to see him have some time to hang out on the beach surrounded by music, drink, and dancing. I absolutely loved the moment when he took the hat off the other guy and put it on himself before he started dancing and even sharing the kiss, not knowing it’s Adelaide. What was all of that like to get to do? My only complaint is that I wanted more. Would you have wanted to do a whole dance number if there had been time and budget to do so?
RODRÍGUEZ: We did. That day was our final day in Puerto Rico. We were so up against it. That was supposed to be a larger scene. Literally, that is one of two takes that we had to do before they pulled the plug on us. So, it originally was a bigger thing. We didn’t have the time, sadly, but I still think it’s very effective. If that had been longer, that means something else in the episode would have likely been cut. But trust me, we were all very excited about that scene and that moment. To see Will in that fantasy and be the dancer and speak fluent Spanish, there was more to it, for sure, but we did the most quality version we could, that hopefully still felt effective.
Season 4 of the hit ABC procedural does a deeper dive into Will Trent’s mind, and it’s all the better for it.
What was the biggest challenge in pulling this episode off?
RODRÍGUEZ: It was such a large episode. We had massive stunts and wire stunts, with the cliffhanging moment. We had a ton of visual effects. We were shooting in two locations, and we were in Puerto Rico for the majority of the episode. The biggest challenge is always, and particularly for me while acting, is time. I was acting heavily in episode 410, and then I was prepping. I had half the normal prep schedule a director would have, for an episode that was the biggest episode we’ve ever done. It was a real challenge, but I really wanted to do it, so I didn’t make any complaints and I just pushed through. I spent every minute I wasn’t acting prepping and shot listing and looking at locations and looking at casting videos and finding wardrobe. I was doing all the things that a director has to do.
The nice thing is that I knew, when we wrapped the episode, we began our holiday hiatus, and I was just going to stay in Puerto Rico. I had a very clear goal. I was like, “Just get to the last day, and then you’ll get to have time off, and you’ll be in Puerto Rico.” I stayed there and it was lovely. I had family come visit me on set. Though it was hectic and there was chaos, and there were issues and problems, we were able to overcome them. I’m really proud of the work of the crew in Puerto Rico, and, of course, our Atlanta crew. Everyone was just hustling and wanting to make the best episode they could.
It feels like four seasons in, you can probably work your way out of just about anything at this point.
RODRÍGUEZ: Pretty much. And it’s nice when you have the same crew because now we’re a well-oiled machine.
You mentioned nearing the end of the season, as far as filming goes. Are you looking ahead and having conversations about Season 5 yet? Do you know where the show goes in the future?
RODRÍGUEZ: We do not know yet. Those conversations, everyone’s really focused on just finishing strong. We’re at that last 10-yard line, so that’s the main focus. But I will say there’s going to be plenty of story. Where the remainder of the season goes, there are going to be surprises. There are going to be highs and lows. There will be some questions answered. It is going to fully loaded. The way this episode rocks people and feels like, “Oh, wow!,” is going to continue as the season goes on. I think audiences are going to be floored in many, many ways.
Ramón Rodríguez Reveals That His Favorite Episode 411 Moment Made Him Emotional
“That was a nice little surprise blessing.”
What was your favorite moment in the episode? When you saw the whole thing finalized and put together, what most stood out to you?
RODRÍGUEZ: There are so many moments that I’m really proud of how they turned out. There’s stunt work that I thought came together beautifully. I thought there were some really fantastic performances. The guy that played Jeb was wonderful. The production design did such a great job with the RV and it looking disgusting. I thought the spiders in the tunnel came out great and creepy and scary. This wasn’t written on the page, it was a feeling and a thought I had on the day, but there was that moment with Lucy at the very end. I was pretty tired. I was pretty wiped out at that point. Directing and talking a lot, my voice was actually starting to give a little bit. I had this idea the morning that we were going to go shoot that scene with Lucy, and I said, “It’d be really cool and maybe even more emotional that, when she whispers in his ear than I scream, we don’t hear the scream. It’s a silent scream. The sound goes out.”
I did it to preserve my voice, but that’s also how things are sometimes. It’s very interesting, honestly. Problems arise and if you’re open to it and looking, you’ll find something that’s actually even better than the original idea. That, to me, is a perfect example. When I watched the editor’s cut of the episode, before I got to get into my director’s cut, and I saw that moment after having written her the note, the sound dropped out, and the camera came down from the sky, which in my mind was essentially Lucy’s spirit coming down to Will and then leaving him. I thought it’d be quite emotional, and when I saw it, I got emotional. I thought that was quite lovely. That was a nice little surprise blessing.
It’s also emotional because, before that, he experiences the moment of discovering the dummy in the bed that represents his mother and the recorder playing the baby’s cries in the trash can.
RODRÍGUEZ: Agreed. To see him losing his mind where he thinks it’s her, but then it’s a dummy, but everything looks like it’s staged the way his mom was found. He didn’t see that, but he’s seen her like that. It’s very dark. It’s very, very dark and tortured. Hopefully, it makes that moment [more impactful]. He says something about wanting a family. For someone like Will, who never had family, is facing death and realizing that he’s not going to get that, it’s pretty devastating. It’s pretty heartbreaking.
It’s very impressive how much you were able to pull off in this episode.
RODRÍGUEZ: That means a lot, honestly. I always want to continue to elevate and push, and not feel like we’re comfortable and that we’re just settled in. I want to keep elevating the show. I know the writers and the cast and the crew do, as well. This was one that I felt like we really got to step it up. Honestly, when we talked about it, I let everyone know, “Just so you know, we’re making a movie right now. This isn’t an episode of television. This is a feature film on a television schedule and budget.”

Why A Reboot Is Unlikely To Happen
There are very few TV shows more 90s than “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” which starred Sarah Michelle Gellar as the titular Slayer. Even though there were a few different Slayers that were awakened during her tenure, Buffy Summers is considered the Slayer, and that’s unlikely to change any time soon. Despite various attempts to reboot the series over the years, “Buffy” has one big problem: finding its audience.
Why The ‘Buffy The Vampire Slayer’ Reboot Was Seemingly Cancelled
At this point in time, it’s unclear why the reboot, which would have starred “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” alum Ryan Kiera Armstrong as the new Slayer, was scrapped. Although financial concerns most certainly played a role, Sarah Michelle Gellar seemed to point the finger at one person during a strongly worded interview with PEOPLE magazine.
“We had an executive on our show who was not only not a fan of the original, but was proud to constantly remind us that he had never seen the entirety of the series and how it wasn’t for him,” she said.
“That’s very hard when you’re taking a property that is as beloved as Buffy, not just to the world, but to me and Chloé,” she added. “So that tells you the uphill battle that we had been fighting since day one, when your executive is literally proud to tell you that he didn’t watch it.”
So Who Was The ‘Buffy’ Reboot Really For?
Although Deadline sources seem to point to that executive being Disney Television Group President Craig Erwich, who oversees Hulu original series, it does raise the question of who the show was supposed to be for. Was Armstrong supposed to be a new Slayer for a new legion of teenage fans? Or was Gellar supposed to be nostalgia bait for an older audience?
“I loved the duality that we had with this new, younger slayer who was where Buffy was when the show started, and then we would pick up with where Buffy was now,” Gellar told the publication about the plot, hinting that it would have had something for everyone, which means that there was a substantial risk of alienating some viewers who might not have been satisfied with that kind of passive approach.
The reboot appears to have been caught between positioning Armstrong as the face of a new group of fans while still leaning on Gellar as a tether to the past. This risks satisfying neither audience, leaving the series stuck in a limbo that might end up letting everyone down. Either the reboot is a nostalgia-grab powered by Gellar’s iconic status or a bold reimagining aimed at a newer audience, but it can’t be both.
Concerns About The Reboot Being Too ‘Small’

Sources told Deadline that there were various concerns about the production, including that the scope of the project might have been too “small” to achieve what they hoped to accomplish. However, those goals remain unclear, as audiences haven’t been given a concrete reason as to why the production was suddenly shut down.
There were also, apparently, some concerns about Armstrong’s age. She was only 15 when she was cast. Compare that to Gellar, who was 18 when “Buffy” first started production. However, Armstrong is hardly a new actor and has already amassed extensive experience in film and television, so it is unlikely that her age played a major role in the show’s cancellation.
While some insiders said that the pilot was “not perfect” and “not great,” a new rewrite addressing the feedback was apparently “more adult” and featured a lot more of the OG Slayer. Unfortunately, it seems that it was not enough to convince the one executive that Gellar singled out.
There Are Plans To Make Another ‘Buffy’ Down The Line
Deadline reported that there is hope that another show will emerge in the “Buffy” universe somewhere in “the next couple of years,” but for Armstrong, it looks like her chance at a career-defining role has come and gone.
Many fans have taken to social media in order to voice their frustration. A large part of fan ire stems from the original “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” itself. The show’s pilot episode and first season weren’t particularly well-received, but the show improved over time as it found its footing. Cancelling the reboot after only one episode may have robbed it of the same opportunity.
‘Buffy’ Fans Are Expressing Their Frustration

Many fans have taken to social media in order to express their frustration over the reboot’s cancellation. One fan compared it to Netflix’s “Cobra Kai,” writing, “I think Hulu dropped the ball here. Reboots/Remakes draw a lot of attention to streaming services. Look at what Cobra Kai did. It became one of the biggest shows on Netflix. It brought in old fans and new fans. Wasn’t a perfect show, but fans of Karate Kid and new fans loved it.”
“This is an absolutely bonkers call to alienate an Oscar winner AND the one name the show absolutely can’t go on without as a first move under a restructuring Disney empire. It’s not too late to fire Erwich for incredibly bad judgment,” another fan wrote, adding, “This deserved a shot even if it needed more work.”
A third user pointed out how hard it was to get Sarah Michelle Gellar on board with even this version of a reboot, and noted that she was unlikely to come back in the future. “Well, whatever they do with the IP now, they’ll never get Gellar involved again,” they wrote. “That’s one seriously burnt bridge.”
Overall, any reboot is unlikely to happen for two main reasons. For one, it’s unlikely that Gellar is going to get her hopes up with another “Buffy” project, only to watch it get axed again. Secondly, it appears that execs still haven’t decided who exactly the reboot is supposed to be for. Either it’s nostalgia bait or a bold reimagining, but it can’t be both. And, until they decide what audience they want to appeal to, it looks like “Buffy” is going to stay stuck in purgatory.

Netflix’s 8-Part Sci-Fi Thriller Is One of the Best Shows on Any Streaming Platform
In the 2025 groundbreaking one-shot series Adolescence, Netflix subscribers understood just how talented Stepen Graham is. Playing a dad whose teenage son is accused of murder, Graham gave one of the most powerful and raw performances the streaming giant has ever seen. For the role, Graham went on to win his first Golden Globe, Critics Choice and three Emmy Awards. But while his acting in the series is one for the books, there’s another series of his on Netflix worth watching too.
On October 19, 2023, Netflix released Bodies, a sci-fi murder-mystery thriller packed with time-travel that is as riveting as it is rich and complex. In each timeline the series explores, Graham emerges as a mysterious and all-knowing character, one that soon becomes the prime suspect in multiple timeframes. Graham’s wicked performance, coupled with incredible writing and a talented cast, make the series not only a must-watch, but one of Netflix’s best shows to date.
What Is ‘Bodies’ About?
Based on the DC Vertigo graphic novel, Bodies follows four detectives in separate eras as they investigate the same man’s body after they’re all found in the same spot in London. Alfred Hillinghead (Andor’s Kyle Soller) investigates in the late Victorian era of 1890, Charles Whiteman (The Queen’s Gambit’s Jacob Fortune-Lloyd) works to solve the mystery during World War II in 1941, Shahara Hasan (Amaka Okafor) works the case in the 2023 present, and Iris Maplewood (Shira Haas) is assigned to the case in a dystopian future in 2053. Shahara is the first detective to find the otherworldly connection between the cases, and quickly realizes that the secret to getting the mystery solved is to find ways to communicate across time.
The series then jumps across four time periods and sees each of the detectives attempting to solve the same murder to varying degrees of success. So, in addition to exploring the sci-fi element of time-travel and defying the laws of space and time, the series is also a heavy and addictive whodunit, with hundreds of rabbit holes and shady suspects. Speaking of, Graham plays the formidable villain Elias Mannix in each of the timelines. In the Victorian era, Elias goes by Jullian Harker, a wealthy man whose mother holds seances. In the dystopian future, he leads the group ruling Britain. In 2023, he’s a troubled teen played by Gabriel Howell. With all that said, Bodies reaches a rare feat by perfectly balancing multiple genres as a murder mystery, period piece, and family drama all rolled into one.
‘Bodies’ Uses Separate Timeframes to Explore Prejudice and Oppression
While the synopsis alone might have viewers eager to press play, Bodies‘ relevance only increases when looking at the detective’s personal lives too. Like any good detective show, the series is about much more than the case at hand, and explores the detective behind it too. And, this time around, there are four detectives to dive into.
With each of the characters, Bodies highlights an oppressed minority of the time. Hillinghead is a closeted gay man fearful of the prejudice around him, Whiteman is a Jewish man hiding his true background during World War II, Hasan is a Muslim woman dealing with the xenophobia of current-day England, and Maplewood lives in a tyrannical future. Despite having such different backgrounds, the show uses a sci-fi premise to portray oppression in multiple ways, showing not only how harmful hate can be in its many forms, but how different people can respond and retaliate at the center of it.
With a sci-fi time-travel element, and a mysterious and mind-bending whodunit driving the story, Bodies is one of Netflix’s most interesting and experimental shows. By blending so many genres into one, while still exploring the heartfelt and emotional personal lives of the four detectives, the eight-episode miniseries sets itself apart and becomes one of Netflix’s most underappreciated titles. At its heart, the series is all about using empathy and connection to get to the bottom of the truth, and viewers are at the edge of their seats throughout the journey to find it.

Mikayla Addresses ‘Redemption for MomTok’ Amid Taylor Drama
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Mikayla Matthews appears to be addressing the drama surrounding one of MomTok’s biggest members.
After news broke that production on season 5 of the hit Hulu reality show has been paused following a domestic assault investigation into costar Taylor Frankie Paul, Mikayla seemingly acknowledged the headlines in a social media post.
It all began when Mikayla joined Mayci Neeley to address recent online rumors that the pair are dating.
“Honestly one of the better rumors I’ve heard about myself the last couple days lol😚🥰😏,” Mikayla wrote via Instagram on Monday, May 16. Mayci added, “Who said it was a rumor👀.”
Mayci’s own husband, Jacob Neeley, decided to join in on the chatter by commenting, “I don’t think MomTok would survive this type of scandal.”
Mikayla, however, had a different point of view.
“@jacob.neeley I think it’s the only redemption for MomTok right now,” she replied.
The comments come after news broke of an alleged domestic dispute between Taylor and her on-again, off-again partner, Dakota Mortensen. A Draper City Police Department spokesperson confirmed to Us Weekly on Monday that a “domestic assault investigation” involving the former couple is ongoing.
A source also exclusively shared with Us that the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives cast is “honestly terrified to film with Taylor right now” and revealed that the women “have made it clear they don’t want to be around her because they see her as a major liability.”
Although the insider noted that prior to the incident, the cast “believed Taylor was in a better place” after she filmed her season of The Bachelorette, the reality star’s latest incident has raised some concern in the MomTok circle.
“Now, many of them feel they’ve moved past the point of dealing with this kind of behavior and simply don’t want to be put in that position again,” the source claimed.
Despite Taylor and Dakota’s drama, much of the cast is trying to move forward and continue to document the realities of their lives.
In her latest video, Mikayla asked Mayci to join in and mouth along to a sound from an episode of South Park that sees character Kyle Broflovski asking Eric Cartman, “What the hell are you doing going around telling people that we are a gay couple?”
After seeing the clip, costar Chase McWhorter commented, “MomTok Heated Rivalry would break the internet.”

Chris Pratt And Katherine Schwarzenegger’s ‘Old School’ Rule
Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are taking parenting a notch higher, shedding light on a unique rule in their home.
The couple’s parenting style may not come as a surprise, as they gave insight into shared principles they actively put in place to keep their family life grounded.
While the Pratt household appears to be thriving beautifully, his career, however, does not seem to be faring as well.
Chris Pratt Reveals The Movie Rule That Exists In Their Home

Movies are widely accessible to many, but that is not the case for Pratt and Schwarzenegger’s children, as they shared per E! Online.
The “Parks and Recreation” alum revealed that not only have he and his wife’s children, Lyla, 5, Eloise, 3, and Ford, 16 months, never watched his movies, but they have never watched any films at all.
“My 5-year-old, my 3-year-old, and my 1-year-old have never seen movies,” he detailed, describing his wife as old-school. “Katherine is very old-school when it comes to screens and technology and all of that stuff. So, we’re waiting.”
However, the actor, also a father to 13-year-old son Jack with ex-wife Anna Faris, is looking forward to the day his younger children finally watch his films.
“There’s gonna be a season, they’re gonna realize their dad is really cool,” he teased. “They haven’t realized it yet, but one day.”
He added that his teenage son already sees him that way. “My 13-year-old, I took him to a screening of the first movie,” he said of his animated film “The Super Mario Bros. Movie.” “He thinks it’s pretty cool.”
Chris Pratt Attributes Faith Journey To His Son

Although Pratt grew up with a strong understanding of faith due to his Catholic background, his beliefs wavered over time.
As reported by The Blast, after rediscovering his faith, Pratt admitted he struggled internally, caught in cycles of sin and forgiveness. This continued until the birth of his son, who was reportedly born nine weeks prematurely in 2012 and spent a month in intensive care.
“Then, when my son Jack was fighting for his life, I found myself back on my knees, pleading to God for a miracle. I promised that if Jack survived, I would devote my life to sharing God’s message. This time I meant it.”
The actor noted that since his family made it through that difficult period, each day has given him a renewed opportunity to thank God for his family and children.
Katherine Schwarzenegger Turns To Therapy To Embrace Parenting Role

Schwarzenegger did not simply step into parenting; she took intentional steps to ensure she approached the role with care and awareness.
As reported by The Blast, she prepared for her new responsibilities, not only as Pratt’s wife but also as a stepmother, by consulting a step-parenting therapist shortly after their engagement, fully aware of the role she was stepping into.
“And it’s been incredibly helpful for me and also just understanding my role as a step-parent,” the author shared, reflecting on her co-parenting dynamic with her husband’s ex.
She admitted that while her ego occasionally surfaces, she has learned to manage it, recognizing that the focus should remain on the child rather than herself.
Chris Pratt And Katherine Schwarzenegger Speak About Marriage Counseling

The couple’s intentional approach to parenting comes as no surprise, as they have previously spoken about the foundational steps they took before marriage.
Per The Blast, the “Jurassic World” star revealed that premarital counseling played a significant role in strengthening their relationship before it began.
“We did like six sessions with this guy who was, by the way, the best thing in the world.” She noted
“If you’re somebody who’s thinking of getting married, you should definitely follow this,” he continued, giving insights into the questions counseling forces one to sit with.
Chris Pratt Panics Over Career Update

While his family life continues to flourish, the same cannot be said for his career at the moment. His recent movie, “Mercy,” has received negative reviews and performed poorly at the box office since its release this month.
Per The Blast, an insider revealed, “Chris is panicking. Full stop.” Elaborating further, they added, “This is the first time he’s really feeling his age in Hollywood, and it’s shaken him.”
They also noted that prior to “Mercy,” Pratt had starred in several blockbuster franchises that were expected to succeed. Without that strong backing, he is now reportedly confronting the possibility that he may not be as untouchable as he once believed.

Cruz Beckham’s ‘Loneliest Boy’ Has Fans Connecting The Dots To Brooklyn

This comes months after Brooklyn distanced himself from the rest of the Beckhams, blocking any communication with them after a lengthy post on Instagram alleging his parents had been controlling his life.

Cruz is on tour in the UK, and he has been performing an unreleased song titled “Loneliest Boy,” which seems to be about Brooklyn. The singer posted a short clip on social media on March 16, showing him singing the somber song and playing the guitar.
“Loneliest boy, mama don’t talk too much / It’s breaking her heart / It shows in the small things that you don’t do,” Cruz sang. In another part of the song, the lyrics talk about the loneliest boy always finding “something bad in somebody good.”
“Loneliest boy, I hope that you’re listening / Don’t push all your friends away, when we’re tryna show you love,” Cruz crooned.
Many fans loved the song, while others simply reacted with a crying face emoji, moved by the emotion behind the lyrics. One commented, “Awww, those words cut deep, it’s a beautiful song,” while one wrote, “Tell who hes addressing song to [sic].”
Cruz Beckham Defended His Parents

In December 2025, several outlets reported that David and Victoria unfollowed Brooklyn on Instagram amid their ongoing family feud. Cruz cleared the air and defended his parents by posting a screenshot of Daily Mail’s headline writing, “NOT TRUE. My mum and dad would never unfollow their son.. Let’s get the facts right. They woke up blocked… as did I.
In mid-January, Brooklyn released a lengthy statement on Instagram Stories, airing out his grievances toward his parents and claiming they “controlled” his life. He also alleged that his family “consistently disrespected” his wife, Nikola Peltz. “I do not want to reconcile with my family,” he said toward the end of the post.
Cruz Beckham’s Cooking Video
@cruzbeckham wanna see the best cooking video ever ?👌 don’t watch this then
In March, Cruz uploaded a cooking video on TikTok, where he made potato soup with cheese and bacon bits. “wanna see the best cooking video ever? don’t watch this then,” he captioned the post.
It was an innocent post, but fans were quick to point out that it may have been a dig at Brooklyn, who is passionate about cooking and often posts cooking videos on his social media. Cruz also posted the video on Instagram, tagging the Beckhams’ long-time family friend and celebrated chef, Gordon Ramsay, telling him to “watch out!”
As previously reported by The Blast, Ramsay shared his opinions on the rift between the Beckhams and offered Brooklyn some advice. At that time, the chef was still in contact with Brooklyn. Days later, however, Brooklyn also blocked Ramsay and his kids on social media.
Brooklyn Beckham Has Been Ignoring His Parents

David and Victoria seemingly want to bury the hatchet and reconcile with their eldest son. On March 4, Brooklyn celebrated his 27th birthday, and his parents greeted him on social media, posting Instagram Stories with sweet photos of Brooklyn during happier times with them. The couple expressed their love for Brooklyn and greeted him a happy birthday. Brooklyn didn’t respond to the post.
On March 15, it was Mother’s Day in the UK, and again, Brooklyn failed to greet Victoria. He did, however, greet his mother-in-law the day before, which also happened to be her birthday. “Happy birthday to the best mother in law x love u so much and hope u had the most amazing day,” he wrote.
Cruz Beckahm Hopes For A Reconciliation With Brooklyn

In an article with a video published on March 17, HELLO! caught up with Cruz as he was walking down the street and asked him whether he had spoken to Brooklyn amid the ongoing tensions in their family. Cruz kept his head down while walking, seemingly ignoring the question.
He was then asked whether he was hoping to repair their relationship. After a few strides, he looked up and said, “Hope to.”
Cruz is in the middle of his “mini tour” and will be heading to Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, and London for the rest of March.

Dune: Part Three Trailer Is The End Of The Beginning
By Jonathan Klotz
| Published

Generations of sci-fi fans waited for Dune to finally be recognized as one of the greatest sci-fi epics in history. Frank Herbert’s grand vision was deemed unfilmable, unadaptable, and incomprehensible for the average movie-goer. That’s why the reveal of Dune: Part Three is so stunning. The story of the second novel, Dune Messiah, is coming to theaters. It’s being marketed as the conclusion of the Dune trilogy, which is odd, as in the books, it’s the end of the prologue to the real story yet to come.
Dune: Part Three Brings Dune Messiah To Life

After the events of Dune: Part Two, Paul Atreides (Timothee Chalamet) is seen in the teaser trailer as the leader of the Fremen, accepting his role as their Messiah, the Muad’Dib, while his lover Chani (Zendaya) appears to be pregnant. The teaser doesn’t reveal if it’s a boy or a girl, but what the brief two minutes and 30 seconds of footage does reveal is Paul’s doubts about being the Messiah. In the best line of the teaser, his mother, Lady Jessica (Rebecca Ferguson) reminds Paul that his father “didn’t start any wars.”
Dune: Part Three is again going to be full of amazing special effects, gorgeous shots of Arakkis, and even more all-out wars between the Fremen and everyone who wants them dead. Which, as it turns out, is everyone else. Towards the end of the trailer, we hear Paul say he’s not afraid to die, not yet, as what looks like the biggest explosion yet goes off right in front of him.
A Darker Story Than It Looks

Those who have read the books are excited that Dune: Part Three looks, amazingly, to contain the major plot beats of the novel. If Denis Villeneuve and Brian K. Vaughn’s script sticks to Frank Herbert’s masterpiece, this is going to be a dark, but very satisfying movie that’s not going to go the way fans of the films will expect. The trailer looks like it’s front-loading the battle scenes, but as with every Dune film, it’s the political intrigue and philosophical discussion that’s going to eat up most of the running time.
Joining the cast for Dune: Part Three is Robert Pattinson, as the Tleilaxu Face Dancer, Scytale, another role that’s going to remind people that playing Edward in Twilight was the odd role out for one of Hollywood’s strangest leading men. The returning Florence Pugh, as Paul’s wife Irulan, and Anna Taylor-Joy as his sister, Alia, will get substantially more to do in the third movie. Jason Momoa, who brings to life Duncan Idaho, will also get a lot more screen time now that he’s overcome the small problem of being dead.
The Last Dune Movie Because Studios Are Cowards

There’s a lot to unpack in just over two minutes of footage, and book readers can already pick out key scenes that have made the jump to the big screen, but it’s the marketing for Dune: Part Three that’s revealing a whole lot. We knew Denis Villeneuve was only to make three movies, but again, the original series is six novels, with Dune and Dune Messiah becoming mere footnotes by the time of the fourth novel, God-Emperor of Dune. No studio will ever adapt that particular novel about a human/sandworm hybrid galactic tyrant ruling for thousands of years as he brings humanity to his grand vision, “The Golden Path.”
All of that is to say that Dune: Part Three, referred to as the end of the trilogy, is going to be as far as Hollywood goes into Frank Herbert’s universe. This is the final time we’ll get to see Villeneuve’s vision for Arakkis, and in a landscape devoid of smart sci-fi, it might be the last great sci-fi blockbuster of this decade.

Jennifer Aniston‘s beauty routine may be famously low-maintenance, but it’s clearly effective. Her lips always look naturally smooth and hydrated, no matter the occasion. According to the actress, it all comes down to a moisturizing lip balm she refuses to skip.
In a “What’s Really in Her Beauty Bag” video with Harper’s Bazaar UK, the Friends star revealed she uses the Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Lip Balm. She shared that a makeup artist introduced her to the Eight Hour Cream in the late ’90s, and she became “addicted to it.” These days, she takes the lip balm version with her “everywhere.”
Get the Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Lip Balm for just $38 at Amazon! Please note, prices are accurate at the date of publication but are subject to change.
Created with the brand’s iconic Eight Hour Cream base, the lip balm is formulated with shea butter, coconut oil and vitamin E. The nourishing ingredients hydrate all day, relieve chapping and soften lips. That level of hydration alone explains why it’s stayed in her beauty bag for decades.
There’s more to love beyond hydration. It includes SPF 15, likely something she appreciates for helping her lips stay protected in the California sun. The balm also doubles as a primer, creating a smooth base for lip liner, lipstick, gloss and more.
Aniston’s not the only fan! The lip balm has earned more than 3,200 five-star ratings on Amazon. One user, who’s tried pricier brands like “Dior and Chanel,” said this is “one that works.”
Another shopper labeled it “a must” in their makeup bag, noting that it “heals lips” when worn “overnight.” They also emphasized it helps “heal cuts faster” and is effective for “dry cuticles.”
For anyone reassessing their everyday lip care, this Eight Hour Cream Lip Balm offers more than just moisture. At $38, it may cost more than the average balm, but its versatility makes it feel like a worthwhile investment rather than a splurge — especially when it’s a longtime staple in Aniston’s routine. Once it’s in rotation, it’s easy to see why it’s earned lasting loyalty.
