This probably comes a bit late and I don’t know, if you’ll still read it, but just in case: this was a really motivating workout that even people who are very far away from ever being a ballerina can manage! I find your videos a really nice change from all the yoga I’ve been doing the past months. Also like the little cardio Intervall, just the right amount of cardio, for someone who doesn’t like cardio. 😌

hi what do you do for your arms? my body is similar to yours but i dont have as much arm muscle so my arms look a bit like long noodles thanks

I absolutely loved the peacefulness of this workout – perfect as a gentle start to my morning without being blasted with commercial music but I also love it as a calming tone to end my day as well. Not having music allows me to really focus on the movement and it is so motivating and helps so much to have you counting all the time. thank you!

Three years later and I still came back to this video! Definitely a staple in my ballet conditioning!! I love doing this workout on days when I want an at home easier and shorter workout!! 💕
