    Большое спасибо за тренировку, Диана! Очень понравились упражнения. Неудобства добавило отсутствие звуковых сигналов о смене упражнения – я не носитель языка, приходилось отвлекаться на экран чаще обычного))
    И еще есть вопрос: существует ли у тебя собственная программа тренировок на месяц, например? На отдельном сайте, примерно как у Хлои Тинг
