18 images as crowds descend on Lanchester Show 2026
Lanchester Show was last held in 2019 before being cancelled during the pandemic and remaining on hiatus.
Organisers Durham Promotion NE, who took over the event, said the day “went very well.”
Ken Besford, owner and founder of Durham Promotion, said: “We basically put the show back together in 12 weeks, so we’ve had a very short period of time to work on things.
“We’re really looking forward to doing it next year, especially now we have a full calendar year to plan the event.
“A lot of people were really positive and encouraging.
“We had a lot of good feedback from sellers as well.”
