Ainsworth man admitted charges of supplying cocaine and ecstasy
Daniel Heap, 28, of Ainsworth Road, Bury, pleaded guilty at Manchester Crown Court on August 5 to supplying cocaine and ecstasy.
The offences took place in Greater Manchester between September 30, 2025 and May 28, 2026.
Jack Clark, 27, of Walshaw Road, Bury, denies possessing cocaine and MDMA with intent to supply them.
Clark was also charged with being concerned in the supply of both cocaine and ecstasy. He pleaded guilty to those charges.
Both men were granted conditional bail.
Heap must live at his address, observe an electronically monitored curfew from 7pm to 6am and report to Bury Police Station on Saturdays.
He must not contact Clark.
Clark must observe a curfew from 9pm to 6am, report to Bury Police Station on Saturdays and must not contact Heap.
Both men are due before Manchester Crown Court on September 28 at 10.30am.
