All Creatures Great and Small nominated for six TV Times Awards

All Creatures Great and Small, which is filmed just an hour or so away from Bolton in Grassington, is one of the most popular series on TV – and now it is counting on fans to vote for it in this year’s TV Times Awards in which it has been shortlisted for six awards to add to its cabinet.

In February it won Best Drama Series at the TV Choice Awards.

The Yorkshire-set series, which returns for its seventh series on Thursday, has secured a nomination for Favourite Returning Drama, while several members of its cast have also received individual recognition.

Samuel West, who plays Siegfried Farnon, is shortlisted for Favourite Actor, while Callum Woodhouse has been nominated in the Favourite Supporting Actor category.

The show’s much-loved pairing of Nicholas Ralph and Rachel Shenton is also up for Favourite On-Screen Partnership.

Meanwhile, fan-favourite Pekingese Tricki Woo has earned a nomination for Favourite Animal Star, and Thomas Riches is in contention for Favourite Young Actor.

The show’s producers shared the news on social media, saying they were “immensely proud” of the nominations and thanking viewers for their support.

Fans who enjoyed the latest series are now being encouraged to vote, with voting set to close on September 29.

The show is known for engaging with it fans, with stars reading out fan mail on social media and answering questions of the show which has won the hearts of the nation.
