‘Queen of street Valium’ flaunts lavish lifestyle
Scotland’s “Queen of street Valium ” has been flaunting her lavish lifestyle and fitness regime in a series of online videos. Jodie Gilmour, 32, is behind bars awaiting sentence for her part in an organised crime drug dealing business supplying deadly fake Valium tablets.
But the Daily Record have revealed she paraded her expensive cosmetic improvements, designer gear and gym activities in a series of “influencer” style videos after being charged over the offences. Fitness fanatic faces a long jail sentence after admitting running a major drugs racket at the High Court in Glasgow last month.
But she has also been appearing in a series of videos, which show off her gleaming new teeth implants and apparently enhanced lips.
The Tik Tok footage shows off Louis Vuitton gear and Tom Ford perfume, as she prepares for a night on the town. She also completes gruelling workouts in gym sessions filmed in high definition.

Stolen Mazda found burnt out
A stolen car was found burnt out and abandoned in the early hours of the morning in Edinburgh.
Police were alerted to the discovery at the city’s Silverknowes Road at around 6am on Monday February 2. Officers have launched an investigation into the matter and confirmed enquiries are ongoing. An image from the scene shows the white Mazda badly charred.
The windows are blown out, and the alloy wheels completely melted. Another picture shows the bonnet flipped open with the front end of the vehicle severely mangled. Debris from the blaze can be seen littered across the road.

Missing sex offender hunted by cops
Police are hunting a sex offender in Edinburgh after he failed to show up at court. Husayin Simsek was convicted at Edinburgh Sheriff Court in December and had been due to appear at the same court on Tuesday January 20 for sentencing.
However, the 50-year-old failed to appear at the court and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Police Scotland have warned the public not to approach him and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact them immediately.
Simsek was last seen on the capital’s Dalry Road at 8pm on Sunday, January 18, and has not been seen or heard from since.

Sex offender had sick extreme pornography
A sex offender has admitted having a collection of extreme pornography featuring pigs, hamsters, horses and a cobra snake. Istvan Elek was found with the deviant material on his phone after asking others on a WhatsApp group to send him twisted images featuring animals.
The 54-year-old appeared in the dock at Perth Sheriff Court and admitted having banned pornography featuring women having sex with animals. Elek, from Kinross, admitted possessing extreme pornographic images at his former home in Milnathort between 13 November 2021 and 14 February 2024.
He also admitted downloading indecent images of children at the same address in Marshall Place between August 15 and September 4 2023.

Cannabis plants worth nearly £1million recovered
Cannabis plants worth nearly £1million have been recovered from a property in Dumfries town centre.
Officers searched a property in Friars Vennel, Dumfries under warrant at around 1pm on Sunday, February 1.
The plants, which have an estimated street value of £954,000, were recovered. A 47-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the recovery.
He is expected to appear at Dumfries Sheriff Court on Monday.
