Crowds flock to Stanhope Show this weekend

The Weardale event celebrates countryside life with main-ring entertainment and expert-led classes.

The popular show brings together British farming, rural skills and a wide range of activities including dog agility tests, stunt drivers, llama walks and World Championship Cumberland Wrestling.

The show ran on Saturday and Sunday (September 12 and 13).

Visitors could browse a diverse selection of high-quality trade stands, carefully chosen to create a unique and enjoyable shopping experience.

The stalls ranged from local producers to specialist retailers.

The event was held at Unthank Park, Stanhope.
