Desperate England slump to first-ever defeat by Italy to pile pressure on Borthwick
Italy have made three changes to their starting XV from their defeat to France. Ignacio Brex is back in the centres having missed the last two games due to personal reasons. Alessandro Garbisi comes in at scrum-half to make it a double whammy of Garbisis at half-back. With Ange Capuozzo out with a shoulder injury, Lorenzo Pani is in at full-back.
