Owners can also opt into a managed sublet plan, with annual rental income of up to £75,857 for qualifying residences. Actual income will depend on the lodge, availability, occupancy and rental terms.
Select lodges may also benefit from arrangements under which no stamp duty or council tax is payable, subject to the applicable terms and eligibility criteria.
