After Hannah Laing brought her doof production to Belfast on Saturday, EMERGE is ready to keep the good times going for day two.
Taking over South Belfast, the annual event has brought huge names from the world of dance and electronic music to the city for a fifth year.
As festival season draws to a close across Northern Ireland, more incredible headliners are set to shine on Sunday, August 30 at Boucher Road Playing Fields.
Here is what you need to know ahead of day two at EMERGE Belfast:

Irish DJ blk. will top the bill for a special Open Air takeover, alongside artists like Vieze Asbak, Natte Visstick, Restricted, and DYEN.

What are the age restrictions for EMERGE?
Emerge 2026 is strictly +17. ID required.
If you are asked to provide ID when entering the concert to prove your age, you will need to provide one of the following:
- Official valid Passport
- Photo driving license
- Government-approved Proof of age card PASS, Citizen card or www.validateuk.co.uk
- Electoral Card
- Student cards
- Yoti app

What time do gates open for EMERGE?
Gates open at 4pm so please do not arrive on site until close to that time.
Curfew for the event is approx 10.45pm this year.
Road closures and traffic advice for EMERGE
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Motorists should be aware that traffic will be disrupted in south Belfast this weekend, Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August, due to the Emerge Music Festival. “City-bound lane one of Boucher Road, between its junction with Shane Retail Park and Balmoral Road, will be closed between 3pm and 9pm. “Boucher Road will be closed between its junctions with Tates Avenue and Stockman’s Lane between 9pm and midnight. “Stockman’s Lane will be closed between its junction with Kennedy Way roundabout and Lisburn Road between 9pm and midnight. “The M1 off-slips – northbound at Kennedy Way and southbound at Stockmans Lane – will be closed from 9pm. “Please seek an alternative route at these times.” Officers would also like to remind those attending the festival that it is illegal to stop, park or walk on the hard shoulder of motorways. The hard shoulder is for emergency use only. They continued: “We want all those attending the festival to have a great night and to remember the event for all the right reasons – stay safe, leave sufficient time for your journey, and plan your route in advance.”
