Manpreet also tries to get through to Gabby
Emmerdale is set to break hearts once again this week as more drama arrives for the residents of the Yorkshire village. As Nicola still grieves, Vinny faces his own heartbreak, meanwhile Graham is left with no choice when it comes to baby Tate.
Over the last few weeks, viewers have watched as both Dawn Taylor and Jimmy King lost their lives after the latter ploughed his car into the wedding marquee.
It was recently revealed that Vinny had accidentally driven Jimmy off the road after being on the phone with Gabby while driving and not paying attention.
Elsewhere, Sarah tried her best to get Charity out of prison after lying to the police and telling them that Charity wanted to kill Dr Caitlin Todd.

Sadie and Robert are still on the hunt
Sadie and Robert suspect Jimmy’s money must be stashed at the depot. Despite Robert urging her to cut their losses, Sadie insists they must keep looking for the money, convinced it will be worth it.
Graham offers an ultimatum
Kim arrives at the hospital and discovers Joe has banned anybody from seeing the baby as he’s being put up for adoption. Kim tries in vain to get Joe to see sense and is upset by his plan. Graham does his best to stop the adoption and tells Joe that if the adoption goes ahead, he’ll leave Joe’s life forever.
Soon Kim is delighted when Joe and Graham arrive home with baby Tate, but her hope turns to heartbreak when the plan remains unchanged; as he only brought him back so she could say her goodbyes. Kim begs Joe to rethink the adoption and learns Graham is leaving too.
Kim is left broken as Graham leaves telling her Joe needs her more than ever now as he leaves for good with Baby Tate. Home Farm feels quiet and empty after Graham’s left, Billy can’t believe baby Tate has been given away and lays into Joe.
Whilst private and alone, Joe hits the whisky. Meanwhile, it is clear from Kim’s state that this adoption has triggered her past memories of putting her own daughter up for adoption.
Manpreet realises Gabby’s health obsession
Manpreet examines Gabby suspecting her cough could be bacterial bronchitis, for which she prescribes a course of antibiotics. But privately Gabby’s fixation on only consuming organic goods has developed so far as to make her sceptical about taking the medication.
When Laurel and Gabby fall out over the healthy eating menu at the hide and their bad financial situation, Laurel walks out of the business. Gabby coughs into a tissue and is privately alarmed to see she’s coughed up blood. Robert is hovering in the wings delighted that their business plan is failing.
Before long, with her cough no better, Manpreet invites her back to the surgery for blood tests. On hearing Gabby regurgitating wild conspiracy theories about pharmaceutical companies and realising what the content of Gabby’s social media reels involve, the penny starts to drop for Manpreet and she calls Gabby back to see her at the surgery.
Soon Manpreet tells Gabby she may have something known as Orthorexia but Gabby is in denial about her eating habits and they reach an impasse.
DS Ramsden feels conflicted over Kim
Having been gunning for her, Thea is soon reflective when she has a conversation with Kim at Will’s graveside, which causes her to question her long held opinion. Before long Thea opens up to Serena how since seeing Kim’s vulnerable side she’s wondering if she has got her wrong.
Serena suggests maybe it’s time she tells Kim she’s her mother. But in the pub the pendulum swings back the other way when Kim loses it after Vinny walks in and Thea overhears what she thinks is a callous attitude towards the baby Tate’s predicament. Thea throws away any sympathy and once again is determined to get revenge.
With Charity’s trial looming Sarah’s guilt is building, Charity could go to prison for something she didn’t do. But when Sarah spots Serena furtively associating with Thea, she is suspicious. What will Sarah do with this?
Elsewhere in the village
Nicola is broken and Laurel takes her home, wishing she could do more when Nicola tells all about Jimmy’s voicemails. Bob tries to comfort Nicola as she broods over Jimmy’s double life and her anger towards Vinny. When Moses asks Sarah if Leyla is his sister, it puts Sarah in an awkward position and she says they will chat later.
When Mack gets wind of the conversation he’s furious Moses knows. After being dumped by Lewis, gutted Vinny seeks prison advice from Aaron and tells him his plan. He later breaks down when returning Jimmy’s belongings to Nicola.
