A travel firm with its headquarters in Scotland specialising in North American holidays has ceased operations.
All flights and holiday packages arranged through Simply Florida Travel Ltd have reportedly been cancelled. The Glasgow-based agency provided holiday packages to locations such as Disneyland, Disney World, Universal Studios, New York City, Toronto, Niagara Falls, Miami and a variety of cruises.
Companies House records reveal that the independent operator applied to be removed from the register on October 13, 2025. It was formally dissolved on January 6 and stopped trading as an Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing scheme-protected provider on January 20, reports the Manchester Evening News..

The Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing scheme (ATOL) is a UK consumer protection programme administered by the Civil Aviation Authority. It safeguards customers who arrange package holidays or flights with registered travel companies.
