Hedge fire spreads to farm building in Yorkshire town
Firefighters were called to the scene in Bishopdyke Road, Sherburn in Elmet, near Selby, shortly before 3.40pm on Monday (August 10).
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said the fire measured 15m by 5m and caused less than 10 per cent of damage to the building.
A service spokesperson said the cause of the blaze was accidental.
They said crews used hose reel jets and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.
