The new school year is just one month away
The start of the new school year is just one month away and parents across Northern Ireland will be preparing for their little ones for the term ahead.
School uniforms are a big cost for parents and some households can struggle with the costs every year. This is made even worse if schools demand that pupils where certain, school specific branded items.
However, this year it appears there has been little to no increase in uniform prices from summer 2025 with nearly all items costing the same as they did last year.
In order to help households find the most affordable uniforms in Northern Ireland, Belfast Live has looked at four major supermarkets in Northern Ireland to see how their prices compare on certain items. While three of the four had very similar prices, there were certain items that were cheaper in each one.
