The announcement comes ahead of another big night at the Forum Theatre, with Irish comedy star Dara Ó Briain taking the stage in Billingham this weekend.

Best known for appearances on programmes including Mock the Week, 8 Out of 10 Cats and Taskmaster, Ryan has become one of the UK’s most recognisable comedians.

Danny McLoughlin, Faizan Shah and Scottish comic Mark Nelson will join Ryan on the Billingham bill.

Since launching, Comedy Forum has established itself as a regular stop for some of the UK’s biggest comedy names, while continuing to showcase up-and-coming acts.

Tickets for the November show are available from the theatre’s box office and website.
