M6: southbound overnight closure between J42 and J41

From Saturday, January 31, to Sunday, February 1, the M6 southbound near Carlisle will be closed overnight from junctions 42 to 41.

This closure will occur from 9pm to 6am to facilitate the installation of a lane closure and temporary barrier along the southbound carriageway.

During this time, traffic will be diverted onto the A6.
