Man pleads not guilty to sexual assault in Scarborough
Michail Kirilov, 37, of Cambridge Street, Scarborough, is charged with outraging public decency and the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl in Huntriss Row in Scarborough, between 7.30pm and 8pm on Tuesday (February 3).

Kirilov allegedly exposed himself and sexually touched the girl.
He was subsequently arrested, charged and remanded – appearing at York Magistrate’s Court on Thursday (February 5).
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Kirilov pleaded not guilty and a trial has been set for April 2, 2026 at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court, 10am, court room 1.
“In the meantime, he has been remanded in custody ahead of a bail application hearing at York Magistrates’ Court on February 13.”
