Police and the fire service are at the scene of an incident in Middleton town centre on Wednesday afternoon.
Unconfirmed reports suggest a person up on a roof.

A police cordon has been set up on Market Place and buses are being diverted.
The Bee Network reported a ‘traffic obstruction’ impacting Townley Street in the town centre.
It’s understood emergency services were called to the scene at around 1pm.
Bus stops being affected are at Assheton Way, opposite Middleton Arena, Townley Street near Spring Vale and Market Place opposite Townley Street.
Services are diverting via Oldham Road.
