Miley Cyrus’ little sister, Noah, has carved out a darker identity and rawness of style compared to her superstar sibling.
Noah, 26, who is the youngest child of Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus-Purcell, put her taste for the avant-garde on bizarre display in a series of near-naked photos shared to Instagram on Thursday.
Her blunt-edged photoplay took place in the desert at sunset, which cast an eerie light over the dry landscape.
The Make Me (Cry) singer was seen wearing sheer black hose, slip-on heels and a skimpy thong bodysuit with wraparound top that barely concealed her chest.
In one image, Noah, who missed Miley’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony, had pulled the strap away to reveal her bare breast, which she covered with one hand.
In another shot, the Grammy nominee was seen from the rear view, showing off her derriere as her pitch-black hair tumbled down her back.

Noah didn’t stop there, and posed while lying on her back, on the hard ground and in the glare of the camera’s light, with eyes closed and both hands strategically placed on her chest.
The photos also offered generous views of Noah’s tattooed arms and hands.
Playing on the story soundtrack was a snippet of Olivia Chaney’s live version of The Dark Eyed Sailor: ‘He said, “Fair lady, why do you roam / For the day is spent and the night is on?”‘
In the caption of her main feed, Noah, who has been engaged to German fashion designer Pinkus since 2023, wrote: ‘for the day is spent and the night is on,’ alongside shield and crossed swords emojis, one symbol representing defense and the other battle.
While Noah didn’t explain the reasoning behind her seemingly impromptu photoshoot, the caption seemed to bolster her ongoing embrace for raw and edgy self-expression.
Noah’s family life has been a turbulent one in recent years.
She and her mother Tish, 59, were said to be involved in a major rift stemming from reports that Noah had a casual fling with Dominic Purcell, 56, before Tish started dating him and subsequently married him in 2023.
But mother and daughter have since put the rumors to rest, sharing videos together on social media and appearing side-by-side at red-carpet events.

And while other family members experienced strain and estrangement during Billy Ray’s divorce from Tish and short-lived marriage to Firerose, Noah reportedly remained close to her father.
Billy Ray, 64, gave a public shoutout to Noah in 2024 and took her advice to Stand Still during his bitter divorce from Firerose, per People.
Posting lyrics from the powerful father-daughter duet Noah (Stand Still), the Achy Breaky Heart singer wrote: ‘I’m so proud of this little girl. Noah has grown into an incredible young Lady.
‘Sometimes you gotta take your daughter’s advice and just “Stand Still.”‘
‘Love my daddy so much,’ Noah responded in the comments.
Noah’s shock display on social media comes after big sister Miley, 33, revealed she is plotting a return to acting and would love to star in a ‘good old Shakespearean tragedy.’
The pop singer rose to fame as a child actress in Hannah Montana and its movie spin-off while she’s also appeared in films including The Last Song, LOL and So Undercover.
Miley has been focusing on music in recent years but she’s hoping to return to the big screen and already has ideas.

In an interview with Splash star Daryl Hannah for Wonderland magazine, Miley was asked about her acting ambitions and she said: ‘Well… That’s partly why I wanted to get in touch. I’d genuinely love to do both.
‘My dream has always been to work with artists I admire, and you’re one of them. I think we’d make magic together, Daryl. I have an idea. Call me.’
Later in the piece, Miley opened up about her ideas for her future acting projects revealing she would love to tackle a movie based around a play by William Shakespeare.
‘Violence is everywhere, and there’s a beauty in darkness, but I’d love to disappear into something deeply romantic,’ she said.
‘The kind of love we dream about, but with real stakes. A good old Shakespearean tragedy would be hot – a punk-rock Juliet. Something fierce and heartbreakingly romantic.’
