New Carrs Pasties pasty for Bolton Food and Drink Festival
The new Chicken Fajita Pasty will be available in stores from next Friday (August 28), as well as at the Carrs Bolton Food and Drink Festival stall.
Carrs first teased the new menu item in July with an intriguing message on their Facebook page.
It read: “We’re back at Bolton Food and Drink Festival next month with prizes, surprises and a new pasty … more info to follow soon.”
After a month-long wait, they announced the new pasty today, describing it as a “taste sensation.”

But the new flavour is only available for a short time
In March, Carrs revived its raspberry and white chocolate pasty – the most recent new item to be added to the permanent menu.
Carrs do a limited-edition pasty for every Bolton Food and Drink Festival, with past examples including the Lamb Vindaloo and Cheese and Jalapeno.
