Northern Quarter live: Air ambulance lands on top of Manchester car park and street is shut off
A large emergency services presence has been reported at a multi-storey car park in Manchester city centre.
An air ambulance was seen landing on the top floor of the car park in the Northern Quarter this evening, and part of Turner Street outside the Abel Heywood pub has been cordoned off.
Pictures from the scene show several police cars and ambulances in attendance, the Manchester Evening News reports.
