Person hit by train dies and passengers face disruption between Cardiff and London – live
The incident at Twyford has led to all lines between Reading and London Paddington being blocked. This is causing disruption on Great Western Railway services between Carmarthen, Swansea and Cardiff Central.

Great Western Railway between Penzance / Carmarthen / Swansea / Paignton / Plymouth / Cardiff Central / Exeter St Davids / Hereford / Weston-Super-Mare / Great Malvern / Taunton / Bristol Temple Meads / Frome / Cheltenham Spa / Weston-Super-Mare / Didcot Parkway / Oxford and London Paddington, between Maidenhead and Bourne End / Marlow and also between Twyford and Henley-on-Thames
Elizabeth line tube services are also disrupted.
