Person taken to hospital after incident in Dormanstown
Police, paramedics and the air ambulance were called to Britannia Place around 5pm today (Monday, August 31).
Picture shared on social media show a cordon in place with several police vehicles at the scene.
One person was taken to hospital. The nature and extent of their injuries are not known.
Cleveland Police has been contacted for comment.
A North East Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called to an incident at a private address in Dormanstown, Redcar shortly before 5pm on Monday, August 31.
“We dispatched one ambulance crew, one clinical team leader and were supported by Great North Air Ambulance Service.
“One patient was taken to hospital by road for further treatment.”
