Police appeal launched to find missing man
Richard was last seen on Minerva Road, Bolton at around 4.20pm on Saturday, February 28.
The 39-year-old is described as white, with a medium build, average height, with short blonde hair and blue eyes.
He is believed to be wearing a black coat with a hood, a nude-coloured jumper, and black jogging bottoms.
Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about him and want to make sure he is safe and well.
