Rebecca Hackett in court over Harry Heslop Stockton murder
Harry Heslop died at Cedar House on Foxwood Drive, Stockton, in the early hours of July 21, Cleveland Police previously said.
Appearing at Teesside Crown Court on Monday, Rebecca Hackett was not asked to enter any pleas to charges of murder and possession of a bladed article.
The 41-year-old, of Hartington Road, Stockton, will next appear at court for a plea hearing on September 24.
Judge Francis Laird, the Recorder of Middlesbrough, remanded the defendant into custody, with a trial listed to begin on January 11 next year.
