Scarborough pair arrested for ‘outraging public decency’
A 38-year-old woman and a 31-year-old man, both from Scarborough, have been arrested in connection with the act in Scarborough Town Centre on Monday (September 14) shortly after 7pm.
The pair remain in custody, North Yorkshire Police said.

A force spokesperson said: “We are aware of images circulating on social media and we would like to speak to anyone who has witnessed the act, in particular, the person who took the original image.
“CCTV enquiries have been ongoing throughout the day.
“We are asking for assistance from our community.”
