Strictly Come Dancing 2026 week one leaderboard in full after first live show

All 15 celebrities took to the dance floor on Saturday (September 26) to perform in front of the judges

The brand new series of Strictly Come Dancing officially kicked off on Saturday (September 26) with the first live show of 2026.

Presented by new hosts Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe and Johannes Radebe, 15 celebrities and their professional dance partners took to the dance floor to perform a full routine in front of the judges for the first time.

The first episode of the hit BBC show saw Dani Dyer and Nikita Kuzmin perform a samba to Zara Larsson’s Lush Life, Bethany Antonia and Nancy Xu dance a quickstep to Stop This Flame by Celeste, and Dianne Buswell and Will Best perform a samba to Rock DJ by Robbie Williams.

EastEnders star Lacey Turner and Vito Coppola also took to the floor, as well as Gavin And Stacey actress Melanie Walters and Aljaz Skorjanec and Love Island winner Cach Mercer and his dance partner Maddie Ingoldsby.
