Supporting the workforce of the future

Our apprenticeships and knowledge exchange offer is a key part of this approach. Working closely with employers, we support organisations to develop their existing workforce, create new talent pipelines and build the skills and leadership capability needed for long-term success.

We are also looking ahead to the changing demands of the workforce. Our forthcoming Data Engineering and AI and Automation programmes will support organisations to build capability in areas that are rapidly transforming the way we work, while our Creative and Digital provision will help employers respond to the continuing growth of digital technologies and creative innovation.
