The pair remain in hospital
Two men were hospitalised with “serious” injuries after a crash between two motorbikes in Peterborough. A blue Yamaha MT-03 motorcycle was being ridden in Stanham Way, near Cardea, at about 5.20pm on Monday, August 31.
The rider was then involved in a head-on crash with a black BMW S1000 motorbike. The rider of the Yahama motorbike, a 19-year-old man from Peterborough, suffered serious, life-threatening injuries.
The rider of the BMW motorbike, a 32-year-old man from London, suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries. Both men were taken to Peterborough City Hospital, where they remain on Tuesday morning (September 1).
An investigation has been launched and anyone with any information, including dash cam footage, is urged to report it online or by calling 101. They should quote Op Michigan or incident 321 of August 31.
