Telegraph Fantasy Football: troubleshooting

Need help logging in? Please read this helpful guide first

You’ll notice the site has a new look and feel this year, but more than the visuals have changed. For the 2026/27 season, your old Fantasy Football username and password will no longer work.

This means you will now need to create a Telegraph.co.uk account in order to access Telegraph Fantasy Football, but rest assured, this is free and you don’t need to subscribe. If you already have a Telegraph account then you should use your existing details. If you are still not sure, please follow the instructions below:

Which option best describes you?

 

1. I do NOT have a Telegraph account

1. Select Play Now on the Fantasy Football homepage
2. Select ‘Continue with Telegraph’
3. Enter your email address
4. For this season, you must confirm you are over the age of 18. If you are, please select continue
5. If you are not over the age of 18, you cannot proceed past this point
6. Check your email address is correct, please also add your first & last name and create a new password
7. Select Continue.
8. You will automatically be returned to the Fantasy Football page, ready to play.
   
    

2. I already have a Telegraph account

(For example, if you read Telegraph content online or receive Telegraph newsletters)

1. Select Play Now on the Fantasy Football homepage
2. Select ‘Continue with Telegraph’
3. Enter your usual Telegraph email – if you’re logged in to the main Telegraph website, this can be found in your account settings here
4. For this season, you must confirm you are over the age of 18. If you are, please Select continue
5. If you are not over the age of 18, you cannot proceed past this point
6. If you have previously logged in via your social media accounts, please select ‘show more options’ and proceed with the relevant button for you
7. Enter your password and select continue
8. You will be taken straight into the game to set up your team
9. If you have forgotten your password, please refer to section 3
   
    

3. I forgot my Telegraph password

1. Select Play Now on the Fantasy Football homepage.
2. Select ‘Continue with Telegraph’
3. Select “Forgot password?” underneath the password box
4. Select either:
5. Send me a one-time login link
6. Reset my password
7. You will receive an password reset email to the registered email account
8. Follow the prompts to reset your password

Do I have to pay to create a Telegraph account?

No. Creating a basic Telegraph account for Telegraph Fantasy Football is free.

 

I created an account, but the page didn’t take me to the game. What should I do?

If you have successfully logged in but aren’t redirected to the Fantasy Football game, please re-enter the URL in your browser – https://fantasyfootball.telegraph.co.uk/. If you are still not logged in, contact support. 

 

I didn’t receive the password reset email.

1. Please wait 5 minutes and refresh your inbox.
2. Check your Spam or Junk Mail folder.
3. Make sure you typed your email address correctly.
