South Wales Police are at the scene of an incident at Gabalfa Interchange.
A statement read: “The A48 is currently closed in both directions .
“Gabalfa Interchange is closed inbound and outbound from The Aneurin Bevan to St Mark’s Church.
“Please avoid the area and use alternative routes where possible.
“Thank you for your patience.”
