Gwent Police is appealing for information to locate Navaeh, who is reported as missing.
The 14-year-old was last seen at around 4pm on Saturday 25 July in Rogerstone, close to the train station.
Navaeh is described as white, around 5″4 tall, with light brown hair in a bun.
She was last known to be wearing black leggings, a black vest top, a brown cardigan and black slider shoes with a cream handbag.
Navaeh has links to the Cardiff area.
