A man and a woman have been charged with burglary offences in Newport city centre.
A 33-year-old man was charged in connection with a burglary at a commercial address on Usk Way, Newport, on Saturday 29 August.
Rory Hiscox, of Chepstow Road, Newport, was charged with burglary other than a dwelling, and two counts of fraud by false representation.
A 33-year-old woman has been charged in connection with a burglary at a commercial address on Millennium Walk, Newport, on Tuesday 25 August.
Nicole Clarke, of no fixed address, was charged with burglary other than a dwelling, and theft from a shop on Cambrian Road, Newport, on Sunday 23 August.
Both defendants were remanded into police custody to appear at Newport Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 2 September.
