Wallet stolen from vehicle in Burton Stone Lane – cards used

North Yorkshire Police have released a CCTV image of someone they’d like to speak to after a wallet was stolen from inside a vehicle in a York suburb last month.

The incident took place on between 6.30pm and 10pm on January 19 after a vehicle was broken into in Burton Stone Lane, York.

“The victim’s wallet which contained numerous bank cards was stolen during this time , and their bank cards have been used at multiple locations across York,” said a spokesperson for the force.

They also asked people to contact them if they recognise the person pictured, as they may have information that will assist the investigation.
